Parking Permits
Dear Creekside at Saddle Rock HOA Residents,
We are pleased to announce that we will be implementing a new parking permit program to help improve availability and provide fair access to our parking. We have partnered with Reliant Parking to automate and streamline our parking program and will be automating our permit process. You will have a convenient Resident APP that allows you to order and update your permits 24/7, 24 hour resident support, and the ability to report fire lane violations.
As we transition to our new program, we will be replacing all current permits and all residents will need to reapply. All existing permits will be null and void May 1st, 2024. Per our rules, if you have more vehicles than can be accommodated with your garage parking, you may apply for a street parking permit for $30 a year annually. Vehicle size exceptions will also be considered if your two vehicles are unable to fit within your garage. If you have a fourth vehicle, a second street parking permit is available for $60 annually. The new procedure to order a street permit is as follows:
• Please send an email to CDCSRmanager@goodwintx.com with the subject Street Parking Permit and express your interest and your situation.
• As proof of eligibility, you will be asked to provide copies of your vehicles registrations totaling three of more registered to your name and address
• Once approved, you will receive notification to log into Reliant Parking to order your permit and will pay the annual fee when ordering.
• Once ordered, you will receive a temporary permit valid for 21 days while your permit is processed and mailed to your address
Guest permits will be required on all vehicles parked on property after 9PM. We are excited to offer instant guest permits orderable 24 hours a day through the Reliant Parking APP or the Reliant Parking website. You will be able to register any vehicle parking after 9PM by entering the vehicle information and license. The system will generate an instant permit. You will be able to send the permit electronically to your guest. The vehicle should display the instant permit number--either print or write the permit number down and visibly display the permit on the dashboard. Each household will have access to 7 overnight guest permits valid for 24 hours. Please contact management if you have any unique situations that would require an exception. Guest permits are valid in spaces marked guest or in any open space.
Each homeowner will be responsible to communicate the new program rules and procedures to their tenants and guests. Your tenants will only be given access to the system if added by management or if they provide their lease agreement showing the address to Reliant Parking.
Reliant will be emailing each resident with information regarding the setup of Resident Parking accounts and your unique access code to get started. Please keep an eye out for notification. They do provide 24 hour resident support by email at service@reliantparking.com and by phone at 888-977-6848 if you need any assistance setting up your account.
